Emerging Trends in HR
The workplace of our parents’ generation is hard to find in the 21st Century. As the workforce changes, the workplace must respond to the new and various requirements of its people. Value systems and beliefs about what makes up a “good” workplace dictate how things are done. These values and beliefs must be challenged and replaced if they are not producing the kind of workplace that encourages high performance and long-term employment opportunities.
Innovative organizations are identifying ways to create the environment that is most conducive to building a high level of engagement. This two-day workshop will explore those best practices and critically assess whether they will work for us.
Emerging Trends in Human Resources is an elective seminar for the Certificate in Managing Human Resources.
