External Consultant Process
In addition to the Appendices listed above, please find MPHEC's Generic Terms of Reference for External Consultants below. Please note that the only MPHEC proposals that are required to have an external review are for new graduate degrees.

The termination of programs are no longer required to go through a MPHEC process. However, termination proposals are still required to go through an internal Senate process following the template above.
